Drakos Family: Carlucci Family Reunion

This year was the first for the Carlucci Family reunion that I have been to since Mike and I have been married. The reunion was to take place at Bear Lake over July 3-6th. Mike's family came in from all over the place like Germany, Florida, Virgina, New York and California. This was the first time I meat Aunt Pam and Donald Platt. I was so lucky to meet them they are awesome I really enjoyed getting to know them. On the 3rd of July we went to go pick up Mike's mom since Dad was not able to come up until the 4th. Donald and Pam drove up in mom's car. When we arrived up at Bear lake we waited for Aunt Pat and Chuck come with food so we took and put all of our stuff in the room that we were sharing with mom and dad. We stayed up late visiting and talk and the kids getting to know there cousin's that they never meet before.
On the 4th of July the kids played and we went to the beach. The beach we went to was at the Ideal Beach which was a private beach they also had a pool. After being at the beach for a little we decided to head to the pool which was just as fun and not hat and to walk on. Later that night Dad showed up with Nicole the kids were so happy to see papa. We were able to watch the fire works form the deck. The kids started to fall asleep one at a time. That night Dad started to drink very heavy and it went down hill from there. The next morning Mike had to take his parents home since there was a major fight the night before. As mike and I were taking care of his parents are kids were playing the games. Mike drove them home and came back up we stayed at the house while everyone else went to the beach and into town. Grace loved asking uncle Donald to play Ping Pong with her the entire time, It was time well spent getting to know them. Over all we had a great time and the kids made lasting memories with there cousin's.
